Mediplacements are currently looking to recruit an experienced Mental Health Pharmacist for a locum role in London.

The pay for this position is £21-£32 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Specific Skills:
* GHPC registered
* Hospital expeirence
* To provide a high quality, pro-active and supportive specialist clinical pharmacy service for wards, units and community teams.
* To be part of the multidisciplinary team.
* To provide training and support for patients, carers, healthcare professionals and other staff, and identify unmet needs.
* To ensure that the pharmacy services are cost-efficient.
* To ensure that the needs of the patients are the focus of the service.
* To undertake quality improvement initiatives with direction from the lead clinical pharmacist.

Successful candidates must hold an MPharm degree, be GPHC registered.
