Adult Dietitian

Mediplacements are seeking a driven and motivated band 6 Adult Dietitian to work at our client's hospital in Essex.

The pay for this position is £23-£28 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for a 3 month duration.

Responsibilities: To cover oral nutrition support across south Essex in patients homes, general and oral nutrition support clinics either face to face of telephone.
Supporting the Dietetic assistant with care homes.
Reporting back to and keeping in close contact with the team and team lead. Triarging/ Priortisation of referrals into the service.

Skills & Experience: Experience of lone community Dietetics working, Excellent communication skills, knowledge and experience in caseload management. Experience in Gastroentrology would be desirable but not essential, Face to face working ideal but some can be remote/ or could be fully remote post. Role likely to be extended beyond initial 3 months for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern: 30 hours across 4 days.
