Mediplacements are recruiting for experienced and dynamic Pharmacists in Norfolk. Our client requires driven candidates to assist the pharmacy team in growing this expanding community business.

The job is available to start ASAP, working pattern will be covering 37.5 hours across Monday - Saturday, 9am - 5.30pm (1:2 Saturdays 9am - 12.30pm)

Salary Staring from Circa £50,000 p/annum (negotiable depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPRION
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Dispensing prescription medicines to the public
* Liaise with doctors about the prescriptions
* Counselling and advising public on the treatment of minor ailments
* Advising patients of any adverse side effects of medicines or potential interaction with
* other medicines / treatments
* Undertaking New Medicine Service (NMS), an advanced service to help patients
* Understand how their medicines work and why they have to take them
* Managing, supervising and training pharmacy support staff
* Working with the pharmacy team using your own intuition, expertise and experience
* Deliver complete care solutions for customers and patients
* Delivering the pharmacy strategy through care conversations with customers and patients providing expert advice throughout
* Completing vaccinations including COVID and Influenza
Key Skills, Qualifications and experience required
* GPhC Registered Pharmacist
* Good knowledge of pharmacology and ability to analyse data and respond
* appropriately accordingly
* Ability to handle work pressure with tact
* Good interpersonal communication skills
* Adheres to standards & procedures, maintains confidentiality.
* Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
* Master's Degree in Pharmacy
* Salary dependent on experience
* Fully trained in delivering of vaccinations including Influenza
