Mediplacements are looking for a Senior Band 6 RGN to work nights (term time only) as part of team for a specialist college for young people with disabilities based in Hampshire.

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Senior Staff Nurse to join a private school for children with learning disabilities. The hours are 3 nights term time.

As an integral part of the department you will be expected to provide high quality holistic health care to our student body throughout the campus, ensuring our nursing, personal and social care needs are met. You will be working as a member of a true multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality care to students enabling them to achieve their full potential, and you will be able to see the ongoing impact of your contribution. This position is responsible for the population of residential students overnight.

Our clients require the right candidate to be qualified to RN Level 1 with an active registration and demonstrable evidence of post registration continuing professional development. Experience of working with children and young adults is essential. Desirable qualifications /experience would be within the areas of paediatrics, physical disability and learning disability.
