North West England area 

We are also looking for an agency locum for Band 8a – Blood Sciences Transfusion Operational Manager/Blood Transfusion Lead.

Length of post 6 months at CIC

Experiences/Evidence:

• Working as the Responsible Person (RP) for the Blood Transfusion – at 8a level

• MHRA inspection experience and non-conformity closure.

• Significate Blood Transfusion Experience

• Completion of annual compliance report

• Understanding and application of GMP
