Locum Podiatrist – NW London

Mediplacements are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Podiatrist to join a highly motivated team in North West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a podiatrist looking for a varied role working across community settings, with some acute work as required.

The Role

You will provide high-quality clinical care, working independently to assess, diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of podiatric needs. Your caseload will include patients with:

• Acute and chronic neuropathies
• Diabetes and other chronic diseases
• Vascular conditions
• Wound management
• Rheumatology-related foot problems
• Biomechanical conditions

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, developing and implementing individualised care plans, following clinical pathways and making appropriate onward referrals or signposting where required.

What We're Looking For

• HCPC registered Podiatrist
• Relevant clinical experience across community podiatry
• Experience managing complex and high-risk patients
• Strong wound management and diabetic podiatry experience
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own caseload
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
• NHS experience is desirable
