Band 6/7 Locum Community Podiatrist – Sussex

Mediplacements is currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6/7 Community Podiatrist to join a friendly and supportive community service in Sussex.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident podiatrist who enjoys working autonomously while delivering high-quality care to patients in community settings.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing wound care, including ulcer assessment and management
• Treating both high-risk and routine podiatry patients
• Completing comprehensive new patient assessments
• Undertaking occasional domiciliary visits as required
• Managing your own caseload while working as part of a wider community team

Essential requirements:

• HCPC registered Podiatrist
• Previous NHS community podiatry experience
• Experience in wound care and ulcer management
• Confident managing high-risk foot care patients
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle and able to travel between community sites
