Mediplacements are looking for an experienced band 8A Wards Pharmacist to work at a hospital in Cornwall 

The pay for this position is £23-£30 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on-going duration.

Essential:

• Hospital pharmacy experience (non-negotiable)
• Ideally ward based experience
• Would accept dispensary only experience but lower band
• Post graduate clinical pharmacy qualification

Ward-based role mainly supporting emergency and acute medicine within the expected duties of a clinical pharmacist. This will include completing medication reconciliation, supporting MDT with medication related queries and ensuring that TTOs are completed safely and promptly. It’s a patient facing role, so cannot be covered safely remotely.
