Support children and young people with a range of communication needs, including receptive and expressive language difficulties and AAC where appropriate.

Work collaboratively with teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists and other professionals to embed communication strategies throughout the school day.

Deliver direct and indirect therapy to individuals and small groups.

Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes and adapt interventions to meet individual needs.

Provide guidance and training to education staff and families to support communication across all environments.

Contribute to a child-centred approach that promotes independence, confidence and positive outcomes.
