This placement provides in-patient SLT cover primarily within a hyper acute stroke unit, with a requirement to cover general medicine and surgery for acute services.

Experience within a high dependency unit would be beneficial. The candidate must be highly competent in acute dysphagia management. The successful candidate will work within a small, supportive SLT team with close links to MDT colleagues. The wider SLT team also provides support across other hospital sites and community settings.
