We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Mammographer to join a busy and supportive Breast Unit within an NHS setting in Buckinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified mammographer looking to work in a specialist breast imaging environment, contributing to both screening and symptomatic services.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality mammography services across breast imaging pathways
• Work within both screening and symptomatic breast services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient diagnosis and care
• Maintain high clinical standards and patient-centred care
• Participate in continuous professional development and service improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Current Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
• Recognised British mammography qualification (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ NHS mammography experience
• Experience in breast imaging across screening and symptomatic pathways
• Evidence of active CPD and ongoing professional development

Working Pattern

• Flexible opportunities available with both part-time (3 days) and full-time (5 days) working patterns.
• This role is available with approval secured through December 2026.
