We are currently seeking an experienced Aseptic Pharmacy Technician to join a busy NHS hospital in London on a locum basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to work within a specialist aseptic unit, supporting the preparation of sterile pharmaceutical products in a high-quality, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and assembly of aseptic products, including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition 
• Working within cleanroom environments following strict GMP and SOP guidelines 
• Performing accuracy checks and maintaining documentation in line with regulatory standards 
• Ensuring environmental monitoring and quality assurance procedures are followed 
• Supporting stock control and inventory management within the aseptic unit 
• Collaborating with pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient care 

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) 
• Registered with the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council) 
• Previous experience working in an aseptic unit within a hospital setting 
• Knowledge of GMP, cleanroom procedures, and aseptic techniques

 The pay for this position is £20-£26 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on-going duration.
