Mediplacements are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced band 6 Audiologist to work with one of our clients based in Oxford.

This is a full-time position due to start as soon as possible with a very competetive pay rate per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform full audiological evaluations (pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, speech testing, etc.)
* Diagnose hearing and vestibular disorders and explain results clearly to patients
* Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices
* Provide rehabilitation advice and long-term hearing care plans
* Deliver patient counselling on hearing health, tinnitus management, and communication strategies
* Maintain accurate clinical records in line with UK healthcare regulations
* Liaise with ENT specialists and other healthcare providers when required for referrals
* Support clinic growth through excellent patient experience and retention

Requirements
* Degree in Audiology or related field
* Registration with HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) or RCCP (UK)
* Experience in private or clinical audiology practice preferred
* Strong patient-facing communication skills
* Proficiency with modern audiology and hearing-aid programming systems

Desirable Attributes
* Experience in an established private clinic setting
* Knowledge of multiple hearing aid brands
* Interest in vestibular testing or specialist services
* Professional, polished manner suited to private healthcare environment

The successful candidate must be BSc/MSc qualified.
