* Rehab for adult residents who wish to maximise their independence following illness or injury with variety of conditions/ diagnoses including Falls, Amputees, Neurological and Orthopaedic conditions.
* Provide an effective and flexible nutrition and dietetic service to all adults' inpatients units.
* Experienced practitioner, who is a source of knowledge and expertise for, patients, carers and members of the multidisciplinary team
* To provide theoretical and practical training, teaching and professional development support for medical and nursing staff, and allied health professionals in the specialist dietetic area
* To plan, deliver and evaluate the specialist clinical dietetic service to all adult in-patients and ensure work is in line with departmental, Trust and National Dietetic standards.
