As a Medicines Governance Lead Pharmacist your role will be to lead on the development and maintenance of a specialist medicines management service within the community health services in the area.
You will be required to provide professional advice, support and training on medicine related policies and practice to health professionals in a diverse range of specialist community health services e.g. district nursing, health visiting, podiatry and children's' community nursing teams
To lead on contributions to the clinical governance of the Trust through interventions which optimise the management of medicines in all relevant areas of practice and which show compliance with CQC management of medicines outcomes.

To qualify for this position, it is essential that you hold an MPharms Degree, along with GPhC registration. Recent UK Hospital experience is essential to be consider for this position.
