Mediplacements are looking for an experienced band 8A Prison Pharmacist to work at a hospital in Bridgend.

The pay for this position is £35-£40 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on-going duration.

Job Description:
This role will initially be dispensary based, focusing on safe and effective supply of medication. There will be opportunity to develop clinical skills alongside dispensary role and support the training and development of pharmacy technicians. Supporting the principal pharmacist there will be opportunity to participate in service developments to improve the medicines management service. The role will provide an opportunity to learn about the provision of medicines management services in a secure environment, and will support pharmacists looking to transition between community, hospital and primary care roles.
