Mediplacements are looking to recruit a band 7 Speech and Language Therapist for a locum position with our client in Birmingham.

The pay for this position is £28-£35 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Successful candidates must be HCPC registered.

List of duties:
To provide a specialist SLT therapy service to patients diagnosed with a neurological condition in a range of community settings using highly developed specialist practice underpinned by theoretical knowledge/neuro qualifications. To be a specialist resource of information for health and social care staff, patients, families, carers and external agencies who may require advice, support and guidance in the management of these patients. To transfer individual patients' on-going care to other agencies as appropriate and ensure that the service provided is conducted in a professional, efficient and effective way. To meet the service specification objectives as part of a team providing high quality neuro services
