Mediplacements are recruiting for a Speech & Language Therapist who is looking to work in Sussex.

* The adult community Speech and Language Therapy team provides a service in an outpatient and community setting to adults with acquired communication, speech, eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties. The service provides patient-centred assessment, intervention, treatment and education to patients, carers, professionals and other stakeholders.
* The post holder will be responsible for the management and provision of a comprehensive community Speech and Language Therapy service for adults in West Sussex and its surrounding areas, ensuring the needs of the patients are identified and met. The post holder will promote the independence of patients and assist them to maintain and/or improve their own physical, psychological and social well-being.
