Mediplacements are looking for an experienced band 6 Biomedical Scientist in Haematology for a job vacancy in Scotland.

We are looking for an experienced Haematology Biomedical Scientist, preferably with recent knowledge and exposure working with Advia 2120 FBC analysers, ACL IL Tops coagulation analysers, blood film morphology, and some specialist assays such as factor assays, Anti Xa, von Willebrands Screens and haemoglobinopathy testing.

You will be working a combination of days shifts (routine hours of 08.30 - 16.30), late shifts (12.00 -20.00), and nightshifts (16.30 - 08.30), as well as potential public holiday and festive period cover.

We also provide accommodation (which will be shared with another locum) and we will reimburse return travel expenses within the UK up to £500.
