We are looking for a hardworking SHO in general medicine to join the medicine team in a large hospital based in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. The role is full-rota until changeover in January, with potential to extend. Any candidates must hold a valid ALS certificate.

Pay Rate: £40.00-£65.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Start date: ASAP
Location: Causeway
Duration: 4 Months initially

As a Senior House Officer (SHO), you will be required to work closely with other junior doctors, a team of Registrar's and Substantive Consultants within the department. You will need to liaise with colleagues who are on duty directly before and after you to ensure an adequate handover of information to uphold high standards of patient care and safety. You will be responsible for guiding the nursing staff to provide patients with the relevant care required, as well as any technical staff. You must ensure to fully communicate any information necessary to other relevant departments to guarantee sufficient patient treatment.

MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN UK and GMC licence to Practice

All applicants must have a valid GMC licence to practice and a right to work in the UK. 6 months UK experience is essential to be considered.
