Mediplacements are currently recruiting for a Locum Oncology Pharmacist for a role based in Surrey.

* To act as the lead clinical pharmacist lead for the adult haemato-oncology unit; co-ordinate the provision of chemotherapy and other specialist drugs for haemato-oncology patients including day case patients and private patients; provide specialist pharmaceutical advice to medical and nursing staff on drugs for haemato-oncology patients; train pharmacists in co-ordinating the provision of chemotherapy and other related drug; manage the Trust's e-prescribing system for chemotherapy; provide specialist pharmaceutical input into prescribing guidelines.
* Must have oncology experience & able to clinically verify SACT prescriptions

It is desirable that you hold either a Postgraduate Diploma or have a proven level of equivalent experience and are GPhC registered.
