Mediplacements have an excellent locum opportunity for an experienced diagnostic radiographer to work with one of our clients based in Berkshire.

To be considered for this role the ideal candidate must be HCPC registration and have solid experience within general radiography.

Pay / Terms / Requirements
Pay: £25 - £32 per hour
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours
Type: Temporary
Position: Band 6 Diagnostic Radiographer - Plain Film
Shift Pattern: 40h/week, Monday to Friday, 0830-1700 (can consider part time based on candidate)

Specifics:
Must have a good level of experience and knowledge in x-ray imaging
Provide an excellent standard of radiographic imaging and quality of patient care Autonomous working & team working
Actively maintain the appropriate quality and standards of the department and liaise with senior staff where possible to ensure standards are met
Responsible for ensuring accurate patient records, including radiation dose and exposure factors
Provide support and reassurance to patients; can overcome barriers to understanding and is able to convey sensitive information in an appropriate manner
