Mediplacements are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Community Pharmacist Manager in South West London. Our client requires a driven candidate to assist the owner and pharmacy team in growing this expanding business.
The job is available to start ASAP, Working Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (no weekend working)
Salary Circa £55,000 p/annum inclusive of 28 days holiday)
Our client is a family-run business, looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager with the drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy.
The ideal candidate will have a real hands-on approach to the way the client works. If you love nothing more than getting to know your customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a very busy community pharmacy, you could be the person our client are looking for.
They are seeking an individual who embraces change and is able to support an existing team with new and existing business initiatives. You will have a positive "can do" attitude, promote and deliver services within the team and provide a great customer experience within the pharmacy. Join our friendly team and focus on providing outstanding patient care and healthcare in your local community. They will work closely with the owners and have excellent support available to deliver on a shared vision. The branch is well supported by a dynamic and dedicated team,
The working pattern for this role is Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm (no weekend working).

-Ensuring the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy
-Responsible for their branches staff rota, authorising holidays, arranging cover for holidays
-Working with other branches to support staff, trade stock, promote products and services
-Develop colleagues, and help them realise their full potential by giving regular feedback
-Engaging with health promotions and campaigns
-Driving medicine and OTC sales
-Staying apprised of drug prices and shortages and making decision on purchasing accordingly.
