Mediplacements are recruiting for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to work as part of an Adult Community Dysphagia team in Lancashire.

Candidates must have experience in Adults Community Dysphagia and be HCPC registered.

Community SLT role working with Adults with learning disabilities. Mixed caseload but predominantly Dysphagia and some communication cases depending on experience. Experience with learning disability preferred but not essential if have transferable skills such as neuro, elderly or community. Involves travelling around the borough, working in day centres, care homes and peoples' own homes. Part of a supportive SLT team and wider MDT
