Mediplacements are currently recruiting for a Mental Health Pharmacist for a Locum role based in the North West

As an experienced Mental Health Pharmacist, you will providing mental health services with regular review of medication charts, medicines reconciliation on admission and discharge, ensuring safe, effective and patient-centred medicines decisions are made. It would be hugely beneficial to have experience in Paediatric ADHD Medication

In order to qualify for this position, it is essential that you an MPharms Degree and are GPhC registered, as well as having substantial post registration experience as a Mental Health Pharmacist.
