Mediplacements are looking for a Band 6 Community Stroke Rehabilitation Dietitian to work for our NHS client based in the Durham and Darlington area.


Candidates must be HCPC Registered.

The successful candidate will be need experience of working as a community dietitian.
Recent specific work with Stroke patients is desirable.
Ability to meet the travel requirements of the post
