Mediplacements are recruiting for a Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist to work in a Paediatric team in the London region.

Band: 6
Speciality: early years, social communication difficulties, ASD
Start date: ASAP
Finish date: Ongoing

Your key responsibilities will include:

-Social Thinking, social stories and comic strips and be able to demonstrate excellent assessment skills, as well as a dynamic and creative approach to delivering treatment.
-Direct therapy; indirect therapy e.g. group work; record keeping and report writing; as well as training to the staff team, to ensure that a consistent and coherent approach is maintained
-organise, plan and prioritise your own work load, and that of the SaLT Assistants and demonstrate the ability to generate appropriate strategies for caseload management.


The successful applicant will be HCPC registered and will hold a recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree.
