Mediplacements are looking for a Band 6 Community Dietitian to work for our NHS client based in the West Kent Community.


Candidates must be HCPC Registered.

The successful candidate will be required to provide Dietetic support to a multi - professional therapy team delivering rehabilitation to patients.
Oral nutrition support and secondary stroke prevention advice are key elements of the workload, for a caseload which includes patients with Parkinson's Disease, MS, and rarer neurological conditions, such as MND and Huntington's Disease.
