Mediplacements are recruiting for a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician for a Locum role in Greater Manchester.



*Pay £16.85 per hour
*Manchester
*ASAP start
*3 Months with a review
*Full time hours


You will be required to participate in Medicines Reconciliation on admission to the intermediate care service and undertake/action Type 1 and Type 2 medication reviews on patients identified by the urgent care Team or other healthcare Professionals.
Assist in the development of processes / procedures around medicines prescribing and dispensing, undertake required audit work along with supporting staff around medication error incidents and ways to improve accurate medicine administration

It is essential that you have experience of medicines reconciliation and optimisation, implementing change and new developments along with developing guidelines / protocols / SOPs and audit work.

In order to qualify for this position, it is essential that you hold a BTEC/NVQ level 3 in Pharmacy services and have relevant experience in primary care.
