Endoscopy Lead Nurse RGN job in Bournemouth, Dorset
Permanent - Part-time
Salary 31,000 - 35,000 DOE + Benefits
Start ASAP

Our client is looking for a passionate and innovative Endoscopy lead nurse with long serving experience to work in their private practice alongside some of the best consultants.

The successful RGN will lead the clinical management of the unit by supporting and mentoring junior staff members and act as the clinical expert. Liaising with the wider senior team to ensure a high standard of patient care is maintained at all times in line with the hospital's objectives. you will also lead the operational management of the unit by prioritising work load, staff deployment, recruitment and the promotion of team and multidisciplinary working.

Requirements:
*Diploma/Degree in Nursing
*Current NMC Registration
*Demonstrable post qualification experience as a RGN/Endoscopy Lead nurse
*Prior experience working in a hospital environment
*Demonstrable experience leading a team and supporting junior colleagues
*Good working knowledge of CQC standards
