My client is looking for an experienced RMN to work as part of a team at a private, Mental Health Hospital based between Eastbourne and Hastings.

Position: Registered Mental Nurse
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Salary: 13 - 15
Band: 5/6
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Bexhill, East Sussex

Our Client

The Hospital offers a comprehensive range of treatments tailored to individual needs, for patients in both a low secure and locked rehabilitation environment.
Patient admission criteria includes males and females aged 18 and over for rehabilitation services, both informal patients and patients detained under the Mental Health Act. Primary diagnosis of mental illness, dual diagnosis, learning disabilities, complex and challenging behaviours, personality disorders. substance misuse, sex offender, prison transfer.

Essentials

*Be NMC registered
*Have a minimum of 1 year's experience as a qualified RMN.
*Have the ability to manage competing priorities
*Have the ability to problem solve and use initiative
*flexible approach to working hours
*Have the ability to communicate well with patients, family members and fellow employees
