The Placement Group are delighted to announce the promotion of ex BMS team leader Tim Hayward who takes on the role of HSS / AHP Sales Manager with immediate affect. Tim has worked within the group for over 6 and half years, 5 of which as senior consultant responsible for recruiting and developing our Biomedical Science division. He was also highly involved and instrumental in delivering SLA type agreements, in addition to acting as account manager for several high profile NHS & private sector clients.

In more recent times Tim has been working in a more senior role overseeing our Health Science recruitment teams with the task of developing business, increasing productivity and stream lining processes across all HSS specialties.

Tim’s obvious capability and flair for management has fast tracked his progress within the group; his new challenge will involve overseeing all Health Science and Allied Health recruitment divisions and will include our already well renowned therapy divisions including Physiotherapy, Speech and Occupational Therapy.
