HCA Hospitals achieves over 99% satisfaction rating

Private health organisation HCA Hospitals has received a 99.1 per cent satisfaction rating for patient care.
The centre was also commended for its cleanliness and sterile services which scored the hospital a 99.2 per cent approval rating. The organisation serves 300,000 people across six London-based centres and specialises in treatment such as IVF and obstetrics.
A further 98.5 per cent of patients said they would recommend the hospital to a friend or relative highlighting the comfortable surroundings as key features to the popularity of the centre.
Despite the positive return of results HCA's group director of clinical performance and governance, Rosemary Hittinger, said that the hospital would not get complacent off the back of good reviews.
She said: "This is the result of teamwork and dedication of every member of staff and it is all the more impressive when you consider that we have major expansion and reconfiguration schemes at a number of our hospitals as we invest long term in new patient facilities and new technology."
