People in dietician jobs to set realistic goals for clients?

Britons working in dietician jobs may want to take heed of advice from one industry expert, who believes people hoping to lose weight should set themselves realistic goals.
New research published by Yakult this week showed the average person believes they are more than a stone overweight, with 25 per cent blaming summer heat for not being able to stick to their fitness regimes.
In addition, it revealed one-fifth of British individuals admit the majority of the weight gained has gone straight onto their midriff.
Offering ways in which people should go about dropping pounds, Dr Christian Jessen - presenter of television programmes such as Supersize vs Superskinny and Embarrassing Illnesses - said: "Don't try to lose three stone in three weeks, because it's not going to happen. But, gradually look at areas of your life where you might make those little changes."
He added the best kind of regime is one that is subtle and does not cause the body to "rebel against it".
