Dietician involved in Bradley Wiggins' Tour de France prep

A dietician was one of the professionals behind Bradley Wiggins' preparation for this year's Tour de France.
Nigel Mitchell, who has been working in the industry for two decades, helped the cyclist get his eating habits right, the Guardian reports.
The medical expert is a senior lecturer at Portsmouth University, as well as being involved in British Cycling and Team Sky.
Last year, he helped Wiggins to lose weight while maintaining muscle, so that he could get over the mountains in the biking event.
Mr Mitchell is in touch with the athlete regularly via email.
He stated: "You stick to basic principles, eating good quality food not quantity, eating little and often. You're looking to get the weight off very gradually so you don't lose the power."
This year's Tour de France is already underway and a number of the competitors were involved in a crash towards the end of the Brussels leg of the course recently.
