New pharmacy jobs 'may become available in Lancashire'

New pharmacy roles may open up in Lancashire if the intentions of one firm are carried out.
HBS Pharmacy, which already has two branches open in the county, is planning to found more outlets this spring, the Lancashire Evening Post reports.
Director of the firm Usman Patel said the organisation aims to create up to 15 new jobs in the near future.
He commented: "It is about going where there is a need. In Lancaster we have found a community which does not have a pharmacy or a medical centre."
One of the new premises will be at St Fillian's Medical Centre - which is open to patients during the week and on Saturday mornings from 08:00 GMT until 12:30 GMT.
Meanwhile, fellow director Salim Habib stated that the organisation is a local company and it intends to keep employment local too, both in terms of the people it takes on to run the pharmacies and those it hires to build them.
