Pharmacists provide advice in Belfast

Those in pharmacy jobs in Belfast are to provide free advice tomorrow (November 12th).
As part of Ask Your Pharmacist Week - which began on Monday and runs until November 15th - people in CastleCourt shopping centre will be given a range of tips.
Pharmacy services manager for Northern Ireland at the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) Anne McAlister explained that consumers are being encouraged to visit such facilities for support and information.
"There is a pharmacy in virtually every community on virtually every high street and there is no need to arrange an appointment, just drop in when it is convenient," she said.
Free health checks will also be available in the shopping centre, with the event being organised by the NPA and the Ulster Chemists' Association.
Earlier this week, the NPA noted that Ask Your Pharmacist Week had received cross-party backing in parliament, with health minister Mike O'Brien emphasising the importance of the services.
