Pharmacists are to be among the medical workers to relocate to new premises in Somerset.
According to reports on This Is The Westcountry, the Wellington Medical Centre, which is situated in Bulford, will move to new premises in the area.
As part of the relocation project, Boots Alliance pharmacy will be shifted to purpose-built facilities in the new facility.
According to a spokesperson for the Wellington Medical Centre, the change will result in improved services for patients.
The representative said: "There will be vastly improved waiting areas to accommodate patients' needs, improved patient parking and improved access for patients with a disability, including drop off areas near the entrance."
Building work on the centre will begin next month and is intended to be completed by December next year at a cost of around £3.75 million.
Providing a range of medical services, the Wellington Medical Centre is open from 08:30 until 18:00 BST.
