A new health centre which offers a range of services, including phlebotomy, is to open in two months' time.
NHS Suffolk announced that the facility in Haverhill will begin treating patients from June 3rd.
The centre - which will offer a range of services, including minor injury services and clinics for substance abuse and weight management, in addition to blood testing - is currently being fitted out.
"We're very much looking forward to the GP surgery and walk-in centre opening, and it becoming a valued healthcare facility for the people of Haverhill and the surrounding area," stated Melanie Craig, deputy director of performance at NHS Suffolk.
She added that the trust would also like to thank local residents for their patience while the centre is being constructed.
The facility will be open from 08:00 GMT to 20:00 GMT seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Responsible for a variety of healthcare services, NHS Suffolk serves a population of around 585,000.
