Podiatrist 'may be set to expand business'

A podiatrist may be set to expand her business in Carlisle, it has been revealed.
According to reports in Cumberland News, Jennifer Hodgson may soon be looking to recruit an additional medical professional.
She established a company a year ago after her contract with Newcastle NHS came to an end.
Commenting on her new role, she said: "You still have all the paperwork to do but you can do that in your own time.
"With the NHS you have to get the paperwork done by the time you finish. With your own business you can spend all day with the patients then do everything else later."
She went on to say that there is also the additional benefit of seeing the customers' satisfaction when treatment takes immediate effect.
In other industry news, podiatrist Christine Rogers recently said that women are more likely to develop bunions than men, the Daily Mail reported.
