Audiologists 'to give free advice'

Audiologists in Wales are to give out free advice to tinnitus sufferers, it has been revealed.
In order to mark National Tinnitus Week, Hearing Aid Solutions is giving out information to people with the condition.
The firm, which operates from a number of locations in Wales - including Carmarthen, Swansea, Fishguard and Bridgend - is a supplier of hearing aids.
Clinical audiologist at Hearing Aid Solutions Sarah Foster said: "Tinnitus can happen at any age. It is more prevalent in adults but it's not unheard of in children.
"It can happen for many different reasons. It could be physical such as hearing loss, a bump on the head or a trauma."
In addition, it could be a purely emotional reaction to an alteration in circumstance, she added.
Ms Foster went on to say that tinnitus can cause sufferers to experience a ringing noise or a humming, whistling, beeping or squeaking.
