'Super' health centre may be established in Leeds

In news which may impact on medical jobs in the area, Leeds may be set to get a new 'super' health centre.
Councillors are to attend a meeting to discuss the possibility in March.
The facility would be located in the Burmantofts area of the Yorkshire city.
It would be open every day of the week and would cater both for patients who had made appointments and for those who wished to use a walk-in service.
Chairman councillor Pauleen Graham said: "There's a need for a special meeting. If possible, I think we will try and take it to Burmantofts and let the public hear and see for themselves what we are seeing and hearing."
Recently, plans for a new health centre on the north-west village of Aintree were given the go-ahead, the Maghull & Aintree Star reported.
The facility will house a range of facilities, including blood donation equipment, people with phlebotomy jobs may be interested to note.
