Medical centre struggling to recruit medical staff

An urgent care and treatment unit in the Northern Irish town of Omagh is struggling to find staff, it has been revealed.
According to a BBC report, the lack of employees poses a "serious threat" to the future of the institution, which is run by the Western Health Trust.
Margaret Kelly, director of acute care at the trust, said: "Every effort has been made by the Western Trust to maintain the quality of care at the unit and to ensure the service is appropriately staffed."
She added that the organisation had been unsuccessful in its attempts to take on enough staff, despite running recruitment drives on five occasions over the past 13 months.
