Based in North London our client is looking for a highly professional and motivated Staff Nurse to work in their new in Breast/Oncology Ward to provide excellent patient and customer care. Responsibilities are to maintain confidentiality and high standards of documentation, prevent risks to self, others or patients within unit, to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care, to work within a team.
General responsibilities are to provide high quality care for a range of oncology patients whilst ensuring the patient experiences an excellent journey from admission to discharge. This is the ideal opportunity to join their nursing team, widen your knowledge, experience and help shape oncology services for the future. You will be supported by a ward sister and clinical nurse specialist. Oncology unit will be working very closely with their new breast care unit.
Requirements for candidates applying for this post must have good verbal and written English as we as necessary IT skills and essential relevant and up date (within 6 months) oncology experience. RGN - 1 and enthusiastic and willing to learn.
