Based in North London our client is looking for a highly professional motivated clinical Sister /Charge Nurse to provide clinical management and leadership to all staff working in the Neuro Rehabilitation Unit. Ensuring high standard of nursing care are met at all times. Salary range from £36,973.00 - £42,866.00 + Benefits.

Responsibilities will include professional and unbeatable high level of quality nursing care, promote team working to maximise effectiveness of service delivery, customer & consultant satisfaction, maximise team working effectiveness of service delivery, positive role model & Mentor to the nursing team, directing staff accordingly and ensuring company policies are adhered all times,. Regularly deputise for Morden Matron, providing management and leadership in their absence. Recognition of clinical problems taking appropriate action, deal with enquires/ complaints and refer as necessary. Assist in the audit quality assessment procedures and involvement in projects as required.
Requirements for a successful candidate:
*Registered Nurse level 1
*Minimum of 3 years post registration experience
*Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills and be keen to make a positive impact upon quality health care provision to our patients
*Previous experience as a team leader in general acute care setting
*Mentoring qualification essential
*Excellent customer care skills are absolutely essential
*Evidence of up dating clinical skills/knowledge and evidence of professional and personal development
