You will be organising and managing your team within a sterile services unit, ensuring the efficient functioning of all aspects of the facility, including Logistics, Warehousing, Quality assurance and Compliance. We are looking for an authoritative and efficient Deputy Sterile Services Manager with excellent knowledge and understanding of the decontamination process, production and procedures.
The role of Deputy General Manager will include:
-Cohesive management of contract performance.
-Achieve operational development objectives.
-Ensure high standards of quality and best practice are maintained at all times
-Recruitment/appointment of facility personnel.
-Training and career development of all staff.
-Promote and maintain communication with clients, facility and external personnel
-Drive productivity and efficiency improvements across all aspects of the unit
-Monitor business processes and critical control points within established guidelines.
Requirements
We require someone to have experience working in a sterile services environment. You will need excellent operational management, certainly a Logistics, Production or Manufacturing background.
We are looking for a hands-on and stringent Deputy General Manager who can lead and inspire a team in a fast moving environment; you will need good analytical skills and a driven and ambitious approach to exceed in this role.
