Mediplacements are looking for an experienced Band 6 RMN for a clinical lead position.

You'll be the most senior nurse on the ward, maintaining a high profile and visible presence, whilst working alongside a multi-disciplinary team. You'll lead the nursing shift team, driving the clinical model and contribute to improvements in practice, in conjunction with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
