We are looking for an enthusiastic and multi skilled Specialist Speech and Language Therapist who will be working within a multidisciplinary team in the Neurorehabilitation Unit of a NHS Hospital. As a Band 6 or 7 Speech and Language Therapist you will provide a high quality patient focused rehabilitation service for patients with acute neurological disorders.
Essential Experience/Requirements
-Working with Dysphagia patients
-Experience with Videofluoroscopy and Tracheostomy (not essential)
-Diagnostic and treatment of patients
-Delivery of Specialist Services to adults with complex neurological conditions
-Strong communication skills
-Speech and language therapy Qualification
-Post /graduate dysphagia training
-Full RCSLT/HPC Registration
