Job description: VSO is urgently recruiting Audiologists to work in some of the poorest countries in the world. You'll provide training to more practitioners to increase the provision of audiometry testing. In addition to assisting in the rehabilitation of the hearing impaired, you'll provide technical advice to your colleagues and provide support for the delivery of hearing assessments, fitting of hearing aids and providing advice on preparing patient care plans.
You'll be educated to degree level or higher in Audiology and have at least 2 years' experience working with adults and children. You'll be a good communicator, have experience of training others and be confident and enthusiastic working in a new environment with few resources.
